PRIVACY & DATA HANDLING POLICY

CyberGuard Consulting LLC is committed to protecting client data and privacy. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard data.

1. Data Collection - We collect only data necessary to perform contracted cybersecurity services.
2. Use of Data - Data is used solely for engagement-related analysis, reporting, and remediation support.
3. Storage - Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Access is restricted to authorized personnel.
4. Retention - Data is retained for 90 days after project completion, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Disposal - Data is securely deleted or returned to Client at the end of engagement.
6. Sharing - Data will not be shared with third parties without consent, unless legally required.
7. Client Rights - Clients may request access to or deletion of their data at any time.

This policy is effective as of 15th August 2025 and may be updated periodically.
